- 1/4 cupheavy cream
- 1/4 cupunsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbspmonk fruit allulose blend (optional)
- 1/8 tspsea salt (optional)
BMethod
- Combine hemp hearts, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, sweetener, and salt in a jar.
- Pour in heavy cream and almond milk. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving. Add berries or nuts if desired.
