AIngredients
  • 1/4 cuphemp hearts
  • 1 tbspgolden flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 tbspchia seeds
  • 1/4 cupheavy cream
  • 1/4 cupunsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbspmonk fruit allulose blend (optional)
  • 1/8 tspsea salt (optional)

BMethod
  1. Combine hemp hearts, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, sweetener, and salt in a jar.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and almond milk. Stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir before serving. Add berries or nuts if desired.
