Keto Chaffles

  • 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1large egg
  • 2 tbspblanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tsppsyllium husk powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder

BMethod
  1. Preheat waffle maker 5 minutes.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into a mini waffle maker.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes until browned and crispy. Steam stops = done.
  5. Let cool slightly on a rack to crisp up before serving.
