KetoDial

About KetoDial

KetoDial started with a simple annoyance: most keto calculators bury the math, pad the page with ads, and gate the results behind an email wall. We built the opposite. Free macros, the formula named right on the page, and recipes with real nutrition numbers on every card.

How we calculate your macros

The calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation to estimate your basal metabolic rate, multiplies by your activity level to get your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), then applies a keto-tuned ratio of roughly 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbohydrate to set your daily targets. Net carbs are total carbohydrates minus fiber. Nutrition estimates in recipes are based on USDA data.

The editorial team

SarahHealth

Covers the health side: electrolytes, bloodwork, blood sugar, and what the research actually supports. Writes most of our recipe methods and dial-in tips.

MarcusPerformance

Covers training, meal prep systems, and eating keto with a schedule. Prefers protocols over pep talks.

ChloeCommunity

Covers the lived experience: social pressure, cravings, restaurants, and what real people report actually helps.

How recipes make it onto the site

We only adapt recipes that earned a 4.5-star rating or better with verified reviews at their original source. We rewrite every method in our own words, recalculate the framing around macros, and link each recipe back to the pantry staples it uses.

What we are not

We're not doctors, and nothing on KetoDial is medical advice. Estimates are educational. If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a qualified healthcare provider before changing how you eat.
