- 1/2 cupcoarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cupcoarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cupunsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cupsliced almonds
- 1 tspground cinnamon
- 2 tsperythritol
- 2 tbspbutter, melted
BMethod
- Mix. Toss all nuts, coconut, cinnamon, and erythritol in a bowl. Drizzle with melted butter and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread. Lay mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press it down slightly for clusters.
- Bake. 325°F for 8 minutes. Watch carefully — nuts burn fast.
- Cool. Let cool completely on the sheet. It crisps up as it cools. Break into clusters.
