Keto Cinnamon Granola
AIngredients
  • 1/2 cupcoarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cupcoarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cupsliced almonds
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 2 tsperythritol
  • 2 tbspbutter, melted

  1. Mix. Toss all nuts, coconut, cinnamon, and erythritol in a bowl. Drizzle with melted butter and stir until evenly coated.
  2. Spread. Lay mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press it down slightly for clusters.
  3. Bake. 325°F for 8 minutes. Watch carefully — nuts burn fast.
  4. Cool. Let cool completely on the sheet. It crisps up as it cools. Break into clusters.
