AIngredients
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1/3 cupblanched almond flour
- 1large egg
- 1/2 tspbaking powder
- 1 pinchsalt
BMethod
- Melt the butter. Microwave butter in a microwave-safe mug until melted, about 15 seconds. Swirl to coat the inside of the mug.
- Mix the batter. Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt directly into the mug. Whisk with a fork until smooth.
- Microwave. Cook on high for 90 seconds. The bread will puff up and set.
- Cool and slice. Let it cool 2 minutes, then tip out of the mug. Slice in half for sandwich bread or toast slices.

For sandwich bread, slice horizontally into two rounds and toast in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side. The slight crunch makes all the difference. Add 1/2 tsp of everything bagel seasoning to the batter for an instant upgrade.
