Keto English Muffin
A real english muffin texture in two minutes flat. Microwave it in a ramekin, split it, toast it, and load it up. Breakfast sandwiches just got keto-friendly.

AIngredients
- 3 tbspblanched almond flour
- 1/2 tbspcoconut flour
- 1 tbspunsalted butter
- 1large egg
- 1 pinchsea salt
- 1/2 tspbaking powder
BMethod
- Melt butter in a 4-inch ramekin (30 seconds microwave).
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Let rest 1 minute.
- Microwave 90 seconds until firm. (Or bake 15 min at 350°F.)
- Run a knife around the edge, flip onto a plate.
- Slice in half and toast until golden on both sides.
