BMethod
- Melt cheddar cheese in microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Mix almond flour, sea salt, and nutritional yeast. Stir in egg until combined.
- Add melted cheese to flour mixture and knead by hand until uniform dough forms.
- Form dough into ball; chill 15 minutes if too sticky.
- Roll dough between parchment to thin rectangle (1/16 to 1/8 inch thick).
