- 4 cupsCooked chicken breast, chopped
- 8 ozCream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cupBuffalo sauce
- 2 cupsShredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbspDried parsley
- 1 tspDried dill
- 1 tspDried chives
- 1 tspGarlic powder
- 1 tspOnion powder
- 1/2 tspKosher salt
- 1/4 tspBlack pepper
- 1/4 cupCrumbled blue cheese, optional garnish
BMethod
- Spray a 9x9 casserole dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and all seasonings in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish, flatten into single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with blue cheese crumbles. Serve warm with raw vegetables or pork rinds.
