Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 4 cupsCooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 8 ozCream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cupBuffalo sauce
  • 2 cupsShredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbspDried parsley
  • 1 tspDried dill
  • 1 tspDried chives
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspOnion powder
  • 1/2 tspKosher salt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/4 cupCrumbled blue cheese, optional garnish

BMethod
  1. Spray a 9x9 casserole dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and all seasonings in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into casserole dish, flatten into single layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and top with blue cheese crumbles. Serve warm with raw vegetables or pork rinds.
