- 0.33 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Franks RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Heat the oven. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Make the sauce. Combine the Buffalo sauce, olive oil, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until the butter melts, 30 seconds to 1 minute, then stir it all together.
- Coat the florets. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until every piece is coated in sauce.
- Spread them out. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Crowded florets steam instead of roast, so give them room.
- Roast the cauliflower. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top and keep baking until the cheese is slightly toasted, about 10 minutes more.
