AIngredients
- 1/2 headcauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cupheavy cream
- to tastesalt and black pepper
BMethod
- Steam the cauliflower. Boil or steam cauliflower florets until fork-tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well.
- Layer. Place cauliflower in a greased baking dish. Pour heavy cream over top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cheese. Cover with shredded cheddar.
- Bake. 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
