Simple Cauliflower Keto Casserole
AIngredients
  • 1/2 headcauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • to tastesalt and black pepper
BMethod
  1. Steam the cauliflower. Boil or steam cauliflower florets until fork-tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Layer. Place cauliflower in a greased baking dish. Pour heavy cream over top. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cheese. Cover with shredded cheddar.
  4. Bake. 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
