AIngredients
  • 8 ozbreakfast sausage
  • 12large eggs
  • 8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream
  • 1 tbspminced onion
  • 2 tspdry mustard
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • to tastesalt and black pepper
BMethod
  1. Brown the sausage. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet until crumbly and browned. Drain.
  2. Mix the eggs. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, dry mustard, oregano, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer. Spread sausage in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Cover with cheddar.
  4. Bake. 350°F for 30-35 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
  5. Rest and cut. Let stand 5 minutes, then cut into 8 portions.
