- 2zucchinis, peeled and spiralized
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1/4 cupwater
- to tastesalt and black pepper

- Spiralize. Use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to create long noodle-like strands from the zucchini.
- Cook. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini noodles and water. Cook 3-4 minutes, tossing frequently.
- Season and serve. The noodles should be tender but not mushy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately as a side or base for any protein.
