- 2 canschicken broth (14 oz each)
- 8 ozcream cheese
- 1 cupshredded cheddar
- 1/4 cupbutter
- 1 tbspminced onion flakes
- 1 pintheavy cream
- 10 ozcanned chicken chunks
- 3 headsbroccoli, broken into florets
BMethod
- Melt the base. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, cream cheese, and butter over medium heat. Stir until cream cheese is fully melted.
- Add cream and broccoli. Stir in heavy cream, onion flakes, and broccoli florets. Simmer until broccoli is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add protein. Stir in canned chicken chunks. Cook 5 more minutes.
- Finish. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
