BMethod
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Use mandoline to slice zucchini into 1/8 inch thick slices. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Add olive oil and toss to coat zucchini slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and seasonings.
- Place oven-safe baking racks on baking sheets, top with parchment paper. Arrange zucchini in single layer.
- Bake for approximately 2.5 hours, rotating pans halfway through, until puckered and golden.
