Bacon Deviled Eggs
AIngredients
  • 6Large eggs
  • 1/4 cupMayonnaise
  • 1 tspDijon mustard
  • 1 tspApple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/8 tspSea salt
  • 4 slicesCooked bacon, finely chopped
  • to tasteSmoked paprika, optional garnish
  • to tasteFresh chives, optional garnish, chopped

BMethod
  1. Boil eggs, cool in ice water, then peel.
  2. Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl; mash with fork.
  3. Mix mayo, Dijon, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt with yolks until smooth.
  4. Pipe filling into egg white halves using piping bag.
  5. Top with paprika, crumbled bacon, and fresh chives.
