  • 2 cupsBlanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tspSea salt
  • 1 largeEgg, beaten

BMethod
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour and sea salt in a large bowl. Add beaten egg and mix until dough forms.
  3. Place dough between parchment sheets. Roll to thin rectangle about 1/16 inch thick.
  4. Cut into rectangles. Prick with fork if desired. Place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 8-12 minutes until golden. Cool completely before storing for crispness.
