Announcing KetoDial Coach

We're Building a Keto Coach. Want to Help Us Shape It?

Sarah · Nutrition Educator · June 2, 2026

I want to tell you about something we've been working on. It's not finished yet, and that's kind of the point.

Over the past year at KetoDial, we've helped thousands of people calculate their macros, build meal plans, and get started with keto. The calculator works. The reports work. But here's what keeps coming up in every email, every comment, every message we get:

"I know what to do. I just can't stay consistent."

That one sentence shows up more than anything else. And honestly, it makes sense. Knowing your macros is the easy part. Sticking with them on a Tuesday night when you're tired and someone brought pizza to the office? That's where it falls apart.

The Consistency Problem Nobody Talks About

Here's what I've seen over and over. Someone starts keto, feels great for two or three weeks, then life happens. A work trip. A stressful week. A birthday party. They fall off, feel guilty, and either restart from scratch or give up entirely.

The information was never the problem. They understood net carbs. They knew their protein target. What they didn't have was someone checking in. Someone who noticed when things went sideways and said, "Hey, I see you had a rough week. Here's what I'd focus on next."

That's the gap we're trying to fill.

What We're Building: Weekly Keto Accountability Coaching

KetoDial Coach is a weekly check-in service. Not a chatbot. Not a food tracker. Not another app that sends you push notifications you'll ignore.

Here's how it works:

It's async. You don't need to schedule a call or be online at a specific time. You check in when it's convenient, and your review comes back within 48 hours. Thoughtful, personal, and grounded in your actual data.

What This Is (and Isn't)

I want to be clear about what KetoDial Coach provides: educational guidance, accountability support, and progress reviews. That's it. That's the whole thing.

It's not a replacement for your doctor. It's not a diagnosis tool. It won't tell you to stop taking your medication. If you have specific conditions, people interested in ketogenic nutrition sometimes explore these approaches alongside professional medical care. That's the right way to do it.

Think of it more like having a knowledgeable friend who happens to understand keto really well, who checks on you every week, and who actually remembers your history. Someone in your corner.

Who This Is For

KetoDial Coach isn't for someone who's never heard of keto and needs to start from zero. We have the free calculator and guides for that.

This is for people who already know keto or carnivore works for them. You've done it before. Maybe you've done it three or four times. You know the science. You've felt the benefits. You just can't seem to make it stick long-term without someone keeping you accountable.

If that sounds familiar, this is for you.

The Founding Cohort: 25 Spots

Here's where I need to be honest with you. This is new. We're still building the workflow, testing the check-in format, and figuring out the right cadence. We don't have it all figured out yet.

That's why we're starting small. Really small. Twenty-five people.

We're calling it the founding cohort because that's exactly what it is. You won't just be a customer. You'll be helping us build this thing. Your feedback will directly shape how the service works, what the check-ins look like, and what kind of support is most useful.

In return, here's what founding members get:

I'm genuinely grateful to anyone willing to jump in at this stage. Building something new is uncertain, and the people who show up early are the ones who make it better for everyone who comes after. That means a lot to us.

Want in on the ground floor?

25 founding spots. $49/month locked in. We'll reach out when early access opens.

What Happens After You Join the Interest List

Nothing aggressive, I promise. Here's the actual process:

We're not trying to sell you something that doesn't exist yet. We're telling you what we're building and asking if you want to be part of it. That's it.

Why We're Doing This

I got into nutrition education because I saw too many people struggle alone. They had the knowledge. They had the motivation, at least at the start. What they didn't have was support that lasted longer than a Google search.

Many people find that regular accountability changes the game. Some report that just knowing someone will ask about their week is enough to keep them on track. Individual results vary, of course. But the pattern I've seen is clear: consistency comes from connection, not willpower.

That's what we're building. Not a magic solution. Not a quick fix. Just someone in your corner, every single week, who actually cares how it's going.

If that sounds like what you've been missing, join the interest list. We'd love to have you.

I'm not a doctor. Everything I write is educational, based on published research and what I've seen work with real people. If you have specific conditions, take medications, or need individualized guidance, please work with a qualified professional who knows your full picture. Your situation might be different, and that's okay.
