Over the past year at KetoDial, we've helped thousands of people calculate their macros, build meal plans, and get started with keto. The calculator works. The reports work. But here's what keeps coming up in every email, every comment, every message we get:

What We're Building: Weekly Keto Accountability Coaching
KetoDial Coach is a weekly check-in service. Not a chatbot. Not a food tracker. Not another app that sends you push notifications you'll ignore.
Here's how it works:
- Each week, you fill out a short check-in. How did the week go? What did you weigh? How's your energy? Cravings? Did you stick to your plan? What tripped you up?
- Your check-in gets reviewed by a real person. We use AI-assisted drafting for consistency and memory (so your progress reviewer remembers what you said three weeks ago), but every response is reviewed by a human before it reaches you.
- You get a personalized progress review. Not a generic "great job, keep going." A real look at your patterns, what's working, what's not, and one specific thing to focus on for the coming week.
It's async. You don't need to schedule a call or be online at a specific time. You check in when it's convenient, and your review comes back within 48 hours. Thoughtful, personal, and grounded in your actual data.
What This Is (and Isn't)
I want to be clear about what KetoDial Coach provides: educational guidance, accountability support, and progress reviews. That's it. That's the whole thing.
It's not a replacement for your doctor. It's not a diagnosis tool. It won't tell you to stop taking your medication. If you have specific conditions, people interested in ketogenic nutrition sometimes explore these approaches alongside professional medical care. That's the right way to do it.
Think of it more like having a knowledgeable friend who happens to understand keto really well, who checks on you every week, and who actually remembers your history. Someone in your corner.
Who This Is For
KetoDial Coach isn't for someone who's never heard of keto and needs to start from zero. We have the free calculator and guides for that.
This is for people who already know keto or carnivore works for them. You've done it before. Maybe you've done it three or four times. You know the science. You've felt the benefits. You just can't seem to make it stick long-term without someone keeping you accountable.

Here's where I need to be honest with you. This is new. We're still building the workflow, testing the check-in format, and figuring out the right cadence. We don't have it all figured out yet.
