AIngredients
- 2 (6 ounce) cans water-packed tuna, drained
- 2 (6 ounce) cans olive oil-packed tuna, drained
- 0.75 cup reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 0.25 red onion, chopped
- 0.5 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

- Drain the tuna. Drain all four cans well, both the water-packed and the oil-packed, then flake the tuna into a large bowl. Mixing the two types gives you better flavor and texture than either one alone.
- Add the dressing. Add the mayonnaise, lime juice, and mustard to the bowl.
- Fold in crunch. Add the chopped celery and red onion.
- Mix and season. Stir everything together until well combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Eat it right away or chill it for an hour, the flavors get better as they sit.
