Keto Sausage Balls

  • 1 pound spicy ground pork sausage
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

  1. Prep the oven. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix it gently. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan, Dijon, garlic powder, and salt. Mix just until everything comes together. Overworking the meat makes the balls dense and tough.
  3. Roll the balls. Roll heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and set them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake until golden. Bake until the balls are golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Drain and serve. Move them to a paper towel-lined plate for a minute to soak up the extra grease, then serve while they're hot.
