AIngredients
- 1 pound spicy ground pork sausage
- 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 0.5 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt

- Prep the oven. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix it gently. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan, Dijon, garlic powder, and salt. Mix just until everything comes together. Overworking the meat makes the balls dense and tough.
- Roll the balls. Roll heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and set them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until golden. Bake until the balls are golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
- Drain and serve. Move them to a paper towel-lined plate for a minute to soak up the extra grease, then serve while they're hot.
